FOUNTAIN OF LIFE INTERNATIONAL MINISTRY.



This is the ministry aiming at reaching all communities with the word of Hope in Jesus Christ.
We looking forward to plant a church in Hoima town as part of extending the kingdom of God.

I am happy to be in Hoima this year doing God’s work. The work of preaching the gospel in schools and praying for the sick in Hospitals is bringing many people to Christ I thank God for that for it’s by his grace that I am doing it.

God’s work of reaching communities is good only that there is the price we have to pay. I have been in the field here preaching the gospel but what I have seen Is that it’s sacrifice you can preach the gospel while you are even hungry and even fail to get any body who can give you water for drinking. Preaching the gospel here is a great task where by no body will help because of poverty they are willing to help but have no resources. Only you give your eyes to Jesus Christ. There are some times i seeing the day and it doesn’t get over because of the circumstance I meet in the day. There is cost for the gospel and you don’t need to give ears to the thoughts that rise in your mind. There are some evil minds that come and ask me that where your destiny is if you are preaching the gospel in this poverty land where by you have no body helping you in finances and the debts you enter every day as the cost of preaching the gospel. But I try to remind the devil that in matt 8:20 Jesus said that “foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the son of man has no place to lay his head.” Even the son of God suffered I believe there is a day he will say that thanks my faithful servant.

When I finished my studies at the bible school last few months one person told me that he will support me at this initial stage where I have no body to support me financially. He said that he was going to finance me but after I had reached in midst of need and even the ministry hard started, He told me that he was not able to do it. I discovered that there God wanted to discover my position of faith whether I have faith in him. I discovered as a person that God needs his total dependency. Some times if it’s time to sleep hungry, I say that God you know that man will never leave by food only but even by the word of God.


The cost of preaching the gospel is heavy and we need to stand firm in Christ. People around me have been asking me the reason as why I have studied theology even I spend my time reaching schools and hospitals where there is no one who will pay me and which causes poverty. I do tell them that God called me with the purpose and these none saved says that that is just an excuse for nothing. People in this community have been with the belief that if you want to become a pastor, you have to work and when you are old after retiring from the work then you begin serving the Lord. But I have been using this opportunity teaching them that God wants to use even young people who still have energy and he used David as a young man.

People in the community to day have begun changing that perspective because God uses me in a special way by his grace. When they are tormented by demons they come for prayers and after seeing demons go they praise God for that. They some times come in my house for prayers when they see the situation coming worse and God extends his hands to them and they end up getting saved. Because of schools ministry and hospital ministry, I have discovered that I am fully committed to Gods work and God is changing his people and my staying in Hoima is of importance before the Lord. The devil is fighting much now a day in families and schools some time they call me and I find that I am doing this work full time without time of doing another thing, God’s work of preaching and even praying for the sick with no time of working in other fields to get money for my sustainability some times scares me but when I ask for a job I find that I have to work for 12 hours 6days every week there I will be with no time for ministry and I feel it’s my call. I pray that God may provide so that I may begin a business that can sustain me and my ministry.


Here in Hoima if some body employs you, he wants you at a place of work 12 hours and 6 days and some times 10 hours 6 days here the person is able to give you some money monthly. I found out that at least it needs capital so that one employs himself or her self. Because if I am employed like that, There will be no time for ministry.


In Hoima I have been assigned a responsibility of overseeing 14 churches these churches sat down and discussed that they need me to be their Leader. They contacted me at the same time they hard to give me a formal letter written and signed by all the Leaders of these churches. There are other churches which are asking me to join my ministry and me as their leader. There I see that God has called me in this place but as you know that Africa is the Land of poverty these are the people who are very poor but they love the work of God. They want the services but they are poor and can’t afford to support me in terms of transport and even supporting other ministries in these churches. I see that God created them and he knows them and that is why he has sent me to them so that I may help them. I have spent few years helping these churches not as the top leader but as the leader and even by the time I was in the bible school but after seeing my services they approved me as their Leader after my studies at the bible school.

School ministry Is a great ministry but it needs much time for there are few people reaching schools. I have discovered that the students are getting saved seriously and they are following the teachings of the bible that I am offering to them. I have seen that this ministry needs to continue in schools because these are the future generation that will stand to talk about Jesus and even they will help in discipleship. The only challenge I have seen is that students have no money for buying bibles if there is any organization that can come out with the help of providing bibles to poor communities it can help in discipleship and evangelism.

There are many challenges as far as administration is concerned for there are very many needs and little provision both in schools ministry and church administration. This becomes a big challenge in the ministry for sure there are things I see that are needed in the ministry and I just show them to Jesus.

Another great challenge I have got in ministry is that there is lack of enough funds for transportation. Here we have no van and even when we are traveling for missions we need to take some musical instrument and you find that people are willing to hear the gospel but no means to get there.

Lack of musical instruments when we are going for ministry we some times hire musical instruments and you find that it’s costly and this limits the services. People come while they are many and you find that because of limited funds we have traveled with musical instruments which are weak and some times with no machines.

Lack of finances has even led to lack of enough requirements for hospital ministry. Hospital ministry needs finances where by every time we go for hospital ministry we find there people who need help. You find that they have no body with such patients in hospitals without any help including serious problems like lack of food and other help in the hospital. As ministers of God we have to see away to help such people so that we have supported with some finances.

There are few trained Pastors among the pastors we have you find that in the whole region 10% of pastors are trained here I found that there is little or no discipleship in churches. This is a very big problem because many people are swept by cults groups that rise up from the region. I have seen that there is need of Radio program for discipleship purpose and even creating mobile bible training in these communities. This will improve on the number of people who are just swept by any doctrine that comes out.

I believe God has put this place on my heart with the purpose. Though I see things a bit tough, God has always reminded me that he will never forsake me and he will always be with me in times of lack like these days he will always give me hope for he is the living hope. I believe that there is a day. There are some times I am called in certain places and I decide to borrow money so that I may go and when I reach there, I find that God was sending me there with the purpose.

THE MISSION TRIP 2009. (BURUNDI)

We left for Burundi on 1^st, July, 2009 and went to preach the gospel. It was so good when we got there; we were given the great reception where by we felt as if we were at Home. I was amazed by the way people worship the Lord. We visited the ministry called well fountain and this ministry gathered thousands of people and we preached to them the gospel.

Pastor Ndikumana Athanase as the senior pastor of that ministry did a very good arrangements and the gospel was preached in an amazing way. The congregation was very excited to receive us and they showed us the great love and even It would be detected by the smile they had on their faces.

Before our departure I was so sick and even I thought I would not make it but God saw me through and I finally made it. I have discovered that people outside there are hungry of the word and they like hearing from people whom God sends from different places. God gave me words to talk to these people and I loved the way they were eager to hear the word of God. I liked the way they worship the Lord and even the way the pastors of that ministry do their things. I only discovered that what they need is training because they have the same problem like Uganda where by many pastors are not trained to do that work of pastoral training.

What amazed me, I was very happy with the way Burundi is changing day and night. it is having great change after the end of the war now people have settled and they are doing their work very well. Burundi has a good government and what makes me happy is that even the president is born again Christian. He can stand before people and lead praise and worship. He is such a humble man who worships the Lord and values the people that he ministers to. I see that God is going to transform this nation for it’s humility and the revival that is going on their.

I saw the great revelation when I was there for many people like the Lord and they serve the Lord with happiness this inspired me to do ministry with one heart of humility for God has really called us to the ministry for the transforming communities. People were very eager to hear form us and after the and of the meeting people never wanted to leave the church. We were happy for what ever the Lord is doing in us for his glory.

We reached the biggest hospital in Burundi Bujumbura town there were lots of patients and there was a pastor who was admitted there when he saw us we prayed for him for they had operated him. He was happy and he told us that last night before we reached the hospital he saw in the dream that there are men of God who came to pray for him and he was telling them to continue praying in that dream and when we got there to pray for him, he was very happy and what God hard revealed to him came to pass. He was very excited and we too for we knew that the Lord was with us and our going was monitored by God.

When we got to a place called Muranvya, we got there a woman who was having the problem of the spiritual attack where by every time she is pregnant the demon of the dead husband comes and causes abortion she remarried but hard no peace when she heard that we hard come in Burundi she hard to come to the meeting to meet with us so that we may pray for her when she got there the demons that removes the fetus always attacked her to remove the one she is having now. God was merciful and she was delivered in the name of Jesus we gave her scriptures that can help her as she continues praying so that the those spirits may never follow her again.

God did many great things there and we baptized more than 50 people this was inspiring for it was a great party for many people were at the baptism pool and we shared the gospel at the pool people after sharing the gospel at the pool followed us to the church and some got saved.

In Burundi I discovered that missionaries makes a great impact in the work of God because we hard pastors session and we discovered that they need to be encouraged and they were very happy for the teachings they got. They came out giving testimonies that they are transformed in their minds and their ministries are going to grow.

In the missionary work I discovered that we find there different people with different perspectives because of learning their way of living, we found that we were a blessing to them and they appreciated that for we preached to them after having studied their culture and perspectives this helped us to minister to the really need.

The choirs there were so amazing they could sing and I could feel as if I am in the heaven, I would at least like to fall down and worship the Lord only because of the way they minister to the Lord. I would imagine how it will be in the heavens.

The journey was so hectic in that we could sit in the bus and we feel that we don’t want to sit any more. It’s not easy to sit in the busy for 18 hours sure it’s so tiresome but we hard to endure because Jesus endured hardships till he reached at the time of death so that we may be alive. We didn’t have enough funds for upkeep and our faith of leaving or nation without enough funds worked but I found out that missionaries needs to be with funds that can help in ministry. I reached to the hospital and I saw needy people but there was no help that I hard I could pray to God so that he may take care.

This year I reduced on the number of the people from our group because we hard little time to teach and I choose people I saw that they do better in teaching. I chose even one of our lectures from the bible school who also taught about pastoral ministry. This mission trip helped the ministers for they asked many questions and they were very happy because they were answered and they appreciated.

I have discovered that this ministry of going out needs to reach many nations and I believe that even if we could get enough time while we are evangelizing and discipline people at least A months it can help better that teaching for three or four days.

May pray is that God may provide for our ministry so that we may reach many nations and transform the people for Jesus. Many people out side in different nations would like to be reached by missionaries and missionaries’ lays a big impact.

The team was composed of three of us, we were cared for very well and the people of Burundi showed us that heart of love because they made sure that we are okay we didn’t suffer for any thing there were working hand in hands to make sure that we have eaten well, slept well and even safety in our movements as we were preaching the gospel.

This love was so amazing and I loved the way they were working together for the better of God’s work. The pastor showed us the projects they have started and I found out that the government gives them free land in order for them to develop that place and Christians works hand in hand to develop their nation for they believe that the only way for the transformation is God using his people of which is the church.

The people who attended the meeting were very happy to see us and after discovered that God hard used us to deliver the good massage to them they asked us where we got the knowledge and the revelation after finding out that we have been trained in the bible school, they asked the way they can get access to the bible school so that they may be trained so that the work of God may go on successful. That is why I usually pray to God for a blessing to my brother Joshua Cheng who tried by all means to support me financially to go through the bible school for I see that his help is for the glory of God.

While in Burundi, I found out that when missionaries reaches the different nation, they are trusted and many people come for help in advice for the experience that they are meeting with their families and their jobs and they need prayers and this is the ministry we are called to do for the glory of Jesus.

MY TESTIMONY.

God showed me in the dream that I saw Jesus with the angels giving me the robe to reach nations preaching the gospel of the Lord and even praying for deliverance to people in the name of Jesus. At that time I was seeing my self as if I will never reach nations because of my background. I thought that those who reach the nations are people from rich families and those who are highly educated. I hard failed to study because of lack of school fees.

After knowing God’s call upon my life, I didn’t take it as a serious issue for I was not having hope that God can use me I decided to backslide. After backsliding, I suffered the way I had never before and I received many prophecies that God has called me to ministry and I would cry to God and say God if you have called me to ministry why should I suffer with poverty like this and at the same time my father hard past who was providing for us. I met with the suffering I can’t explain because it was so heard. The life of sleeping hungry, digging for people to get food, no where to sleep no clothes to put on, no school fees for education I would one day go to school and another day I am chased for school fees. I would sometimes think of death because I was not seeing my purpose on this world. I would backslide because I would see as if there was no hope in every thing that I was doing.

In the year 2006 when I hard surrendered every thing to Jesus, I met with the team from California and there was one brother called Joshua Cheng I shared with him my testimony and he promised to stand with me so that I may go to the bible school to be equipped for the call God has given me. I started seeing God’s mercy upon my life and that training transformed me and showed me exactly what God has called me to do. Last year I started the evangelistic team to reach nations for Jesus and it began from Rwanda and Burundi the nations that have been facing with war. These nations because of having faced with war they lost many people and we saw that it’s necessary to reach them and encourage them.

Joshua’s contribution towards my training has transformed me and I am planning to plant the Church in Hoima Mid western Uganda so that it may be a centre of worship and for the pastor’s who have not yet got the chance of being trained so that I can help them in order for us to do God’s work successfully. Because of suffering so much, I don’t like seeing somebody suffering and I pray that the Lord my make me a blessing to other people for the glory of God.

I have seen that this missions team as a necessity because when I shared my testimony to Burundi, it encouraged people with no hope that one day they can also be in the call God has given them no matter what they are passing through in the present time. God can change the address in one minute.

May The Lord God who created the heavens and the earth reward bless to my partner Joshua Cheng for the great job that he has done in my life for the kingdom of God. He has encouraged me, advised me, prayed for me, mentored me and financed me. I call upon nations that let us wake up and see what God need’s us to do for his work to go a head.

I would like prayers for all of those concerned to God's work for we are leaving for Burundi on 01,july,2009. We are going to meet many people in the conference and after we are going to have crusades every evening. God bless you all as you do your part.

THese are the classmates of mine i preached to them and they got saved. I last saw them in the year 2003 i met with them when i was preaching the gospel and they were very happy to see me.
Evin Turley amissionary from Nothern highland was praying for people. It was his first experience to be in the village he preached the gospel with us and he was very happy though he got tired due to ministry. Many people were comming for prayers and because of deliverance many people got saved like 100 came to Christ.
This is the Kind of houses poor people in this community lives. They live in total poverty and they stay in amiserable situation because of the hurting world. This kind of situation is painful and many people because of the suffering they end up going astray.

Here i was interpreting brother Semanda Obadia and he was one of the team that went there. We were in the Chruch and really it was so wonderful. I enjoyed so much for many people appreciated this gospel.
Here many people were very happy because they hard seen Muzungu and they were happy welcoming us because of viviting them in the time of Easter. every body was happy and were sorrounding all of us
Childrens were happy to see us and they attended all the crusades we hard they could even come for the youth conference i discovered that we need to have even the children conference because almost athird of the people who attended the crusade were children

This man came from the bar and met me on the way he told me that he has decided to follow Jesus Christ. I led him in the prayer of confession and after followed us to church. We left him there as agood Christian because the next days, he was attending regulary.
This is the congregation that was at the crusade hearing the word of God. We hard deliverence there where many people who hard demonic attack and other sicknesses were healed. we got many testimonies from this seminer.

before i went for to the youth conference, i hard a dream and that deam was so challenging to me for i reched the extend of thinking many things which was not true. The dream goes like this:-
I went to Juba that is southern Sudan to preach the gospel. when i reached there, one sister of mine who is married there called Jeniffer welcomed me. i hard to rest so that i may go to preach the gospel. As i just went out to have a short call, a certain soldier saw me and he short me dead. I saw my self dieing the spirit separating from the fresh. As i was seeing that i was dieing, i saw the power from a bove came to me and took me upwards. then i began to move frying in air as an eagle. i reached on the way very far i saw awoman who was compassionate for the gospel but very sick. I heard the voice telling me that go and lay your hands to that lady who has been sick for many years and has lost hope she is waiting for her death only, so that she may be healed now. Then i went and found her laid on the bed she was very happy to see me and i laid my hands on her and she was healed immediately. Then the voice told me that continue moving in that place as i was moving, i met with many people who were having many baden and sicknesses and there were healed.

I saw the hand of God moving with me, and i reached where by there were many people waiting and i preached to them the gospel. I was shown that in that place the sin which was common was fornication but many youth came to Christ and still the ministry of healing was with me. That place received the gospel and every body was happy many youth confessed Jesus as their savior. There was a person who heard a shrine he was annoyed for there was non who was able to go back to his shrine because people hard seen that God can heal and can do every thing.
After this dream, i hard to pray because at first i hard seen another dream that i saw aperson dead in the place i was going to plant the church but as i was seeing him, the voice told me that i should do the woek of God knowing that one day i will leave this world and there will be accountability.

Because of these dreams, i was terrified and i began prayer and fasting. after one week, i recieved aphone call that my home had problems and the problems was taking the land of my mother and all the possessions we have in ahome. after hearing this massage, i stoped going to class and began prayer and fasting. This problem connected me to God and really i would pray and see God conforting me. i was planning to go for missions still my brain was confused. Finally after recieving comforting massages from my friends especially Joshua, i was conforted and i felt God at my side and i confesed that though i pass in the valley of death i will serve the Lord.
After that confession, i hard to plan to go to mid western Uganda for the mission but i saw God moving. as i saw in he dream the problem was like the bullet i saw in the dream killing me and the healing was the same because when i reached in that place, i saw demons freeing from people the woman i saw in the dream they brought to me, i saw her literaly inmid western Uganda and God showed his power and the youth got saved it was so amazing.
I have seen God working and really i have discovered that i need to always have good time with God to make his mission accomplished.

THE MISSION REPORT.


The mission to Kibale district in Mid western Uganda was so successful in the way that many lives came to Christ and even there was deliverance from people who hard the problems with demons. Many people of this place were very happy because they saw the great love for people visiting them on Easter where in their perspective, they view Easter as the day of enjoying Easter with your own family and jubilate. They saw that we considered them as family members because of living our families on that day and give them three days day and night.

We reached there on Friday mid day and we received a worm welcome because they were very happy to see us and expecting to receive much from us this welcome was so amazing in the way that even none believes were very happy to see us. Some thing that made them so excited is that I went there with one white man and they were very happy to see him. These people felt loved because they think that they are the kind of people who don’t have love and who stay in the suffering of poverty and even non outside there community knows them. This brought courage to them and they came out with the testimony that really God loves them.


The sermons we preached were all focusing on call, vision and mission. We also hard crusades every evening from Friday to Sunday many people came to Christ and we hard a deliverance service where many were delivered from demonic torment.

We hard crusades in the small centre where many people like five hundred came and they were happy for they were all dancing and praising the name of Jesus. What is amazing is that even people who don’t believe in Jesus Christ were able to come and enjoy praise the name of Jesus.

Many people who came there were not true believes but still listened to the gospel this created a perspective in me that since these people are not hostile, they will end up coming to Christ one day. The reason as why I came out with that perspective every body we shared with the gospel in person would respond that he is going to see how to go about that.

We found out that there are many people who are having demonic attacks that is why that place has many believers in the cult religion called {Itambilo elyomukama Ruhanga owobusobozi Bisaka} meaning the alter of the Lord god authorized Bisaka. This is a man who has a religion there and they fellowship on 2nd 12th and 22 every month. He has many converts and he is the one who have big halls of fellowship. He says that Christ excited and dead he is no longer of use to day. He again says that he is the living hope of the world and people who don’t believe in him are in trouble they will regret. He doesn’t believe in the bible, he says that the bible is the book which was written by people to confuse the world. He emphasizes his point by saying that there are many religions that believe in the bible but with differences in the belief like Jehovah witnesses, Catholic, seventh day Adventist and others.

This man have taken almost the great percent for he advocates for polygamy as the way of prosperity and this teaching is making people produce many children which they can’t afford to take care.

People of this place have the problem of discipleship for they need strong discipleship for people preach the gospel and when they get saved, they lack intense discipleship this is why they keep on loosing them from the churches.

I have discovered that pastors of these places needs the help by giving them training on how to pastor the churches for many of them never attended circular education and even any pastoral training. This has brought many pastors to fail discipleship and other related church activities well.

I saw that many people who were in the seminars were very able to learn even if it would take them the whole week for they were very happy and able to sit and learn and at the time we were leaving, they hard to say bye with love and still loved us to be there.

More than a hundred people came to Christ. This was encouraging in the way that every body was very excited. The reason as why many people came to Christ as I was making the research is because of the deliverance for many were delivered from demonic attack. There was one Lady who was suffering from demonic attack she hard spent days without talking they brought her and she was healed people trusted the gospel and they ended up getting saved.

There are problems that I have discovered and these problems is ushering many people to follow cult’s leaders and these are:-

Many Pastors in that place doesn’t carry out discipleship well for they are not trained and even lack the some materials for discipleship.
Pastors lack enough resources for guiding them the way of discipleship of Christians.
Many Pastors are not trained and they don’t know how to interpret the bible.
Many Christians have no bibles where they can read the word of God.
There is the problem of poverty and this takes many people looking for wealth.
Many pastors are very poor in the way that they can’t afford even buying some books that can help their Christians to know their faith.
Many Christians doesn’t know their faith for they just know that any body who says Jesus is the right person.
There is the problem of lack of finances where by there is no one who can invest money in religious issues.
Many people are illiterate they have no formal education for they never went to School. They are at the level of not even knowing how to write their names. These kind of people doesn’t know how to handle the word of God they need care and direction.

SOLUTIONS TO THESE PROBLEMS:

There is the need for establishment of centers for pastoral training where by pastors can be trained on the way of carrying out pastoral ministry. This is going to be achieved after establishment of Hoima grace church for I will be helping as the teacher making programs of reaching these centers where we shall decide to meet from one another.

I am going to look for the way of simplifying the materials of teaching even the pastors who never hard the chance of going to school for they are having the responsibility of pasturing the people who are in their churches.

There is the need of making discipleship classes by helping the church know how to conduct classes like discovering their gifts and even making them know the doctrine. This can be done through pastoral training and making small books that can help people know how to disciple others. This will help in church multiplication and church growth.

There is the need of helping people to have bible and this will make the gospel move well. The bible will help people know the truths and even some guidelines that will help them read the scriptures well. This can be done by bringing in some bible reading guidelines. Like the bible truth resources which help people understand the bible well.

There is the need of teaching people on how to eradicate poverty by showing them the way of raising Chicken and even growing crops that can help them rise on their economy. Like growing vegetables and even looking for them market that can help them by buying their commodities.
I believe our God is mighty enough to make this land fertile for the gospel and I believe that God has his plan for this place.



This youth conference brought me new experiences in the way that many people came to booze and ended up getting saved. There are many people who told us that they came with long motives towards salvation but after seeing what happened they decided to get saved because of seeing what Jesus did.

On Friday, we went to visit some people who hard no hope in Jesus Christ and they were very happy to be with us. This gave us the opportunity to preach the gospel to these people and really God showed up.

I discovered that people in Midwestern Uganda are ready to get saved if they fully understand the gospel and after realizing that there is care in Jesus name. This care is through the servants of God. I discovered it in the way that after realizing that we visited them on the special day Easter, where they expect every body to be in his family enjoying the day with family members. This created the perspective of care and love in them. I have discovered that during big days like Easter and Christmas, many people can give their lives to Christ for they discover love and care.

i went to Juba that is southern Sudan to preach the gospel. when i reached there, one sister of mine who is married there called Jeniffer welcomed me. i hard to rest so that i may go to preach the gospel. As i just went out to have a short call, a certain soldier saw me and he short me dead. I saw my self dieing the spirit separating from the fresh. As i was seeing that i was dieing, i saw the power from a bove came to me and took me upwards. then i began to move frying in air as an eagle. i reached on the way very far i saw i woman who was compassionate for the gospel but very sick. I heard the voice telling me that go and lay your hands to that lady who has been sick for many years and has lost hope she is waiting for her death only, so that she may be healed now. Then i went and found her laid on the bed she was very happy to see me and i laid hands on her and she was healed immediately. Then the voice told me that continue moving in that place as i was moving, i met with many people who were having many baden and sicknesses and there were healed.

I saw the hand of God moving with me, and i reached where by there were many people waiting and i preached to them the gospel. I was shown that in that place the sin which was common was fornication but many youth came to Christ and still the ministry of healing was with me. That place received the gospel and every body was happy many youth confessed Jesus as their savior. There was only there was a person who heard a shrine he was annoyed for there was non who was able to go back to his shrine because people hard seen that God can heal and can do every thing.
